Position Overview:
At Kingdom Tech Academy, we believe that teaching is more than just a job; it is a calling and a ministry. Our teachers are Christian role models who integrate faith into their teaching, inspiring students to excel academically and grow spiritually.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic, emotional, and spiritual growth of each student.

Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into all aspects of instruction.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to support student learning and development.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Contribute to the establishment of a strong school culture and community as a founding member.

Model and promote Christian values and character both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree.

Strong commitment to the Christian faith and active involvement in a local evangelical church.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students in a Christ-centered educational environment.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning and/or willingness to learn.

A heart for service and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.

Enthusiasm for being a part of the foundational team of a new school with a team mindset.
