KTA Summer Camp provides a dynamic, Christ-centered summer experience for students ages 5–14 in Melbourne, Florida. Families may pre-register one or more children through this form. After submission, a member of the KTA team will contact you using the information provided to confirm details and provide the full summer camp registration application. Final registration and required documents will be completed at that time. This form is for pre-registration only and does not serve as the final registration packet.
